1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Tubali Data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these corporate Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease all access to our digital infrastructure.

2. Service Architecture

Tubali Data operates a premier digital infrastructure providing seamless utility and financial services, which include but are not strictly limited to:

• Real-time telecommunication airtime disbursement
• High-speed enterprise data bundle provisioning
• Automated cable television network subscriptions
• Direct-to-grid electricity bill settlement
• Educational portal credential generation
• Authorized airtime-to-fiat conversion protocols

3. Account Integrity and KYC

To maintain the integrity of our financial network, users are strictly mandated to:

• Submit authentic, globally verifiable registration details
• Assume absolute liability for the cryptographic security of account credentials
• Maintain a verifiable age of at least 18 years
• Comply unconditionally with mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) directives
• Immediately report any suspected breach of account security to our engineering team

4. Financial Logistics and Ledger

All fiscal operations are routed through your encrypted Tubali Data digital ledger:

• Sufficient pre-funded liquidity is required prior to algorithmic execution of services
• Wallet provisioning is fully automated via dedicated virtual accounts
• All internal ledger values are strictly denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Successfully executed ledger entries are final, binding, and entirely non-refundable
• System-detected failures automatically trigger instant ledger reconciliation

5. Cryptographic Security

Operations requiring authorization are secured via a user-defined Transaction PIN. You assume total responsibility for this cryptographic key. Tubali Data personnel will never request your PIN or passwords through any communication channel under any circumstances.

6. Strict Refund Protocol

Ledger reversals are authorized exclusively under the following strict conditions:

• Verifiable upstream network failures directly traced to our core infrastructure
• Algorithmic miscalculations resulting in duplicate billing
• Erroneous autonomous deductions

Validated reversals are algorithmically audited and credited within a predefined 24-48 hour window.

7. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any engagement in the following activities will result in immediate API blacklisting:

• Utilization of infrastructure for money laundering or illicit financial flows
• Deploying unauthorized bots, scrapers, or DDoS vectors against our endpoints
• Attempting to bypass pricing algorithms or cryptographic checks
• Commercial reselling of our enterprise endpoints without a recognized API partner contract

8. Infrastructure Limitation of Liability

Under no corporate or legal framework shall Tubali Data, its engineers, or its technical partners be held liable for indirect, incidental, or systemic damages resulting from network latency, upstream provider outages, or inability to access our APIs. Our liability is strictly capped at the quantum of the specific transaction in dispute.
